2. Client Obligations & Input

To ensure successful execution, clients are required to provide complete, accurate, and timely information, including access credentials, branding assets, project guidelines, and relevant content. MATechnologies is not liable for project delays, misalignments, or unsatisfactory outcomes resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or delayed details provided by the client.

3. Payment Terms & Billing

  • Agreed Schedule: Payment schedules and deliverables will be clearly defined in your individual project proposal or contract.
  • Timely Settlement: Clients are expected to adhere strictly to payment timelines. Failure to clear invoices on time may lead to temporary suspension or termination of services.
  • Transparent Pricing: All payment transactions are processed through secure, verified, and industry-standard gateways. There are no hidden fees you are billed exclusively for the services outlined in your contract.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All original materials, logos, media, and assets provided by the client remain the sole intellectual property of the client. Deliverables created by MATechnologies will be transferred or licensed to the client according to the specific terms outlined in the project agreement upon full settlement of dues.

5. Confidentiality & Data Security

We prioritize the privacy and security of your business assets. Any proprietary information, operational data, or strategic discussions shared during the engagement will be strictly protected. 6. Communication & Collaboration

7. Agreement Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice in the event of a material breach of terms by the other party. Upon termination:

  • The client will receive all completed work paid for up to that date.
  • Outstanding balances for work completed prior to termination must be settled in full.
